We had an amazing experience with buying our new car. Ted and Miguel were so helpful and transparent the entire time. They took time to answer all of our questions. The financing portion is usually the worst and we enjoyed every bit of it. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and we felt very welcomed. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed during the process. Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car.
We have purchased 3 cars from Garlyn Shelton Nissan but this is the first VW. But Cory was the best salesman we have ever had. He met us as soon as we drove up and walked up around until we found the one we wanted. We were very pleased with everyone and finance guy Damian Perez was great as well. He went over everything with us. After the deal Cory came back and helped me set up my iPhone and it’s all done. Great place.
Salesman was great finance Person also great. Manager did not budge on lowering price at all. I guess it’s good for the dealership but not very good from customers point of view.
For me, this was a “destination dealership” that had the vehicle I wanted in their inventory. I do not believe I was offered the best value on my trade in and was not able to take advantage of the military discount as a military spouse, due to what we were told was VW policy, although my husband is a 28 year active duty veteran. My initial review, I'm updating as GS Volkswagen made good after they finally made good with their promise about securing the second key fob. I had initially given them a low review because I had to contact them many times about the fob but never got it. Almost immediately after my initial review I was contacted to come in and get the fob. Thanks for keeping up with your end of the deal. The people over there are good to deal with.

This dealership is the best one I've been to. I think because it's a little out of the way of the main highway, it's got better deals and even better customer service. John is a great salesman, and I absolutely loved Bobby, the numbers guy. If you're looking for a new car, I'd definitely recommend coming to this one before you check anywhere else. Recently bought a new Volvo XC60 at Garlyn Shelton. I bypassed returning to the Volvo dealership nearest me (Mears Volvo) due to the after-the-sale-service being very poor. Johnathan was my salesman and he was great. No pressure--he just helped me come to the decision that I did want to buy another Volvo. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Financing was a breeze!
