Ted in sales is probably the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. Damon in finance helped us tremendously because we had some negative equity in our Yukon. I think all the associates at Garland Shelton Volkswagen were very personable. They seemed genuine from the beginning when I stepped on their used car lot to the very end on the new car lot. There was no pressure from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Volkswagen.

I have bought four cars here over the years and have always been happy with how we were received and treated during the whole sales process. Ted our salesman was always able to answer any questions we had or went the extra mile to find an answer if he didn’t know. All details were clearly explained in the sales contracts and we left feeling good about the sale. We will be back when it’s time for another car.

We had an amazing experience with buying our new car. Ted and Miguel were so helpful and transparent the entire time. They took time to answer all of our questions. The financing portion is usually the worst and we enjoyed every bit of it. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and we felt very welcomed. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed during the process. Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car.
We have purchased 3 cars from Garlyn Shelton Nissan but this is the first VW. But Cory was the best salesman we have ever had. He met us as soon as we drove up and walked up around until we found the one we wanted. We were very pleased with everyone and finance guy Damian Perez was great as well. He went over everything with us. After the deal Cory came back and helped me set up my iPhone and it’s all done. Great place.

For me, this was a “destination dealership” that had the vehicle I wanted in their inventory. They didn’t pressure me in any step of the process and their stellar sales rep Cory Morelock took a lot of time to give me two long test drives across different conditions.
